This edamame hummus is perfect as a healthy snack. It whips up in literally 3 minutes, give or take a few seconds that it might take you to scrape down the sides of your food processor. It’s perfect for a party or just when you’re sitting around at home, debating what to eat for lunch. It’s super healthy and leaves you feeling great after you eat. How can you get better than that?
Springtime Edamame Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked edamame
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 to 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Water to blend
Instructions
- Blend and mix until smooth, adding water as needed to achieve a texture you like. Add more lemon, garlic, salt, or cumin to taste.
