Hi everyone,

Garrett and I are excited to announce the new website to accompany our upcoming book, Melt: the Art of Macaroni and Cheese. You can find the site at MeltMacaroni.com. There we will be posting about upcoming events, news about the book as it develops, special giveaways, and of course, macaroni and cheese recipes that we’ve created especially for our web audience. Coming up in the next few weeks you’ll also be treated to a few photo essays describing our cheese adventures as we work with artisan dairies, the San Francisco Cheese School, and shooting our book with Matt Armendariz and Adam Pearson. Please check out the site and let us know what you think!

I’d like to take a second to thank our awesome designer friend, who we were lucky enough to have on our team: Ben De Jesus, you’ve built us a gorgeous site and we are forever grateful for your time and effort.

Besides the Melt website, there are a other few ways that you can stay in touch with what’s happening in the Melt kitchen. First, you can follow us on Facebook, and you can chat with us on Twitter. You can also add the Melt Macaroni blog feed to your RSS reader or subscribe to Melt blog posts by email, which you should receive every two weeks.

We would also like to invite you to join our monthly macaroni and cheese newsletter, where we will share special list-only details such as giveaways, photos, and a few special recipes that will only be sent out via the mailing list. We promise to not share your information with anyone else, and we also guarantee that you will be delighted by all the luscious macaroni and cheese details we will be sharing to our list members.

We are super excited about our new site, and we hope you are, too!

  1. I just discovered your lovely blog via Marie and Food Nouveau — and now I learn that you have a whole new book and website devoted to my favorite comfort food? It’s fate! Heading over to Melt now to take a look. Congratulations!
